Yoga and Music

Yoga and meditation have proven to help the students relax and be stress free.  I have integrated these techniques in my class and have done wonders.  Students often take this practice home and have had a positive effect on parents. 

Music is also played in the background on a daily basis.  Whether it is classical, jazz, and or relaxing music, students will have the opportunity to become familiar with different genres and request what they would like to hear in class.  Music has also proven to help my students concentrate in class and perform better.  

Overall, I see yoga and music being tied to the Arts. It is effective and have impacted each and everyone of my students.
